How to Deposit Funds
Go to the “Wallet” section in the bottom menu.
Click the “Receive” button.
Choose the cryptocurrency and the network you want to use for your deposit.
Click “Show Address.”
Send the desired deposit amount to the provided deposit address. Funds will be credited to your balance automatically after the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.
How to Withdraw Funds
Go to the “Wallet” section in the bottom menu.
Click the “Send” button.
Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw and choose the appropriate network.
Enter the wallet address where the funds should be sent.
Enter the withdrawal amount — it must be at least the minimum required amount and no more than your available balance.
Once all fields are filled out, click “Continue” and confirm your withdrawal request.
Wait for your request to be processed; funds will be transferred to your wallet within 24 hours.
Do You Charge a Withdrawal Fee?
Yes. Our platform charges a fee to cover the network transaction cost.
What Is the Minimum Withdrawal Amount?
The minimum withdrawal amount depends on the selected cryptocurrency and is displayed when you submit your withdrawal request.
